Account Data: Usernames, account credentials, and communication preferences. 2.2 Google OAuth Disclosures and User Data Handling To facilitate seamless account creation and platform integration, our application requests access to specific Google user data when you choose to authenticate or interact using your Google account: Google Email Address: To create your user account, verify your identity, and send important service-related communications (such as course access links, receipts, and examination updates). Google Profile Name: To personalize your platform experience, populate your Student Suite, and ensure accurate name issuance on examination credentials. Limited Use Disclosure: FRC's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use this data for advertising, retargeting, or any purpose other than providing and improving the FRC educational platform. 2.3 Payment Information When you make a purchase on the FRC platform, your payment details — including card number, expiry date, and billing address — are securely processed by our third-party payment gateway providers, including Stripe. FRC does not store or retain full payment card information on its servers at any time. All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI DSS compliance standards. 2.4 Identity Verification Information (KYC) As part of our mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we collect government-issued identification documents to verify your identity prior to examination access. This information is processed by our thirdparty verification providers and is subject to their data retention and deletion schedules. FRC does not retain raw identity documents beyond what is required for verification purposes. 2.5 Technical and Usage Information We automatically collect certain technical information when you access and use the platform, including: Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers. Activity Data: Session duration, pages visited, course progress, and examination activity. Location Data: Geolocation data, where permitted by your device settings. 2.6 Learning and Communication Data Data you share through study platforms, support messages, chat tools, or course submissions may be collected in order to provide learning support, technical assistance, and to improve the quality of our educational content. 2.7 Cookies and Tracking Technologies We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember your preferences, analyse usage trends, and enhance overall platform performance.
